These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lazychats.com (the “Site”), operated by LazyChats. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site today

LazyChats is in pre-launch. The Site currently provides information about the upcoming product and lets you join a waitlist or contact us. Product features described on the Site may change before launch.

Signing up

Signing up doesn’t guarantee immediate access — we open the doors in waves at our discretion, and we’ll send your link when your wave is up. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@lazychats.com.

Communications you agree to receive

When you sign up you agree that LazyChats may contact you by email, and by SMS if you provided a mobile number and ticked the consent box, with:

  • service messages — your sign-in link, invite and account notices;
  • news, offers and promotions about LazyChats;
  • offers, promotions and recommendations relating to partner brands and third-party products or services we select.

Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any text; essential service messages will still be sent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t misuse the Site — no scraping, probing, or attempting to disrupt it.
  • Don’t submit false, unlawful, or abusive content through our forms.
  • Don’t submit other people’s personal information without their permission.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, and branding, belongs to LazyChats. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LazyChats is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
