Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LazyChats (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use lazychats.com (the “Site”).
What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address when you join the waitlist, and your name, email, and message when you contact us.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the Site running.
How we use it
- To send you your early-access invite and important updates about LazyChats.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To protect the Site against abuse and spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing on behalf of third parties.
Where your data goes
Waitlist and contact submissions are transmitted securely to our lead-management system. Access is limited to the LazyChats team. We use service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure vendors) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist. Email hello@lazychats.com and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), which we honor.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. In short: the Site currently sets no non-essential cookies.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
